Poor customer service

I have not used this brush yet, I was not sure if I had bought the correct brush for my needs. I contacted customer service several times by phone, answerphone message every time, left my number and am still waiting for a callback - over 2 weeks now. All the other brushes I have used have been excellent - but let down by poor customer service
