Delivery
We deliver to destinations inside and outside the UK.
For Orders to UK destinations:
- If You order online charges are, minium order value £15 with £2.99 delivery charge.
- If You order in any other way, please contact us for details of the delivery charges prior to Ordering.
- We aim to despatch all orders within 2/3 working days of payment authorisation/clearance. Orders are dispatched within England using a courier company and other countries withing the UK using Royal mail recorded delivery. In most circumstances Product should reach delivery destination in the UK within seven to fourteen days.
- We reserve the right to make part deliveries. Charges for delivery will be governed by, but not limited to, prices ruling at the date of despatch relevant to the delivery mode.
For Orders to destinations outside the UK:
Deliveries for orders within Europe are £9.49 and are delivered using Royal Mail Signed for service.
Returns
Returns are accepted providing that they are in their original packaging and have not been used. They must be returned with 7 days of receipt for a full refund to be made. Please allow up to 14 days for the adjustment on to the account. All postage is paid by the customer.We always recommend that you return the item via registered mail as we are unable to help or assist if the item doesn’t make it back to us.
