Please read the following carefully.
Your use of the Crownbrush web site (crownbrush.co.uk)
and the purchase ("Order") of products
("Product") from it means that you ("You")
agree to these terms and conditions ("Terms").
Shopping with Crownbrush
An Order for Product can be
made:

When an Order for Product is
made by You in any of the ways described above
You are offering to buy for the price stated,
subject to these Terms.
We will confirm receipt of your
Order, and provide You with any further information
as necessary, by email, telephone, fax or post.
We may cancel any Order and
not supply Product if it is reasonable to do so
and may change or discontinue the availability
of Product at any time at our sole discretion.
If an Order is cancelled, any payment made will
be refunded in full.
Specials –– Non
returnable/non refundable
Returns
Returns are accepted providing
that they are in their original packaging and
have not been used. They must be returned with
14 days of receipt. A refund will be made. Please
allow up to 14 days for the adjustment on to the
account. Postage is paid by the customer.
All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Payment
All Orders are priced in and are payable in UK
Sterling. All Orders must be paid for in
full before despatch. Orders can be paid
for by credit card, debit card, cheque or Postal
Order. If your delivery address is outside
the UK and You Order online You must pay by credit
card.
Credit
Cards
- Orders may be processed online,
or by telephone, using a credit or debit card
(currently VISA, MasterCard, Delta and Switch/Solo).
We aim to debit money from your account within
one working day after receiving your Order.All
our Credit/Debit card transactions are processed
by Streamline Merchant Services.
- Streamline Merchant Services
use a highly secure encryption system to ensure
your transaction is private and protected.Your
credit card company may also do security checks
to confirm it is You making the Order.
- All Order details and invoices will be sent
to the credit card billing address and not the
delivery address where the named recipient of
the Order differs.
Cheques
- Payment may be made by cheque,
drawn on a UK bank, in sterling.
- Cheques should be made payable
to Crownbrush. Please send us a covering letter
with your cheque detailing your Order, cheque
guarantee card number, guaranteed amount, expiry
date, contact details and delivery address.
Pricing
and Availability
The prices for Product are as
stated on the Crownbrush.co.uk Web site.
All Product is in stock unless otherwise stated.
Delivery
We deliver to destinations inside
and outside the UK.
For Orders to UK destinations:
- If You order online charges
are, minium order value £15 with £4.95
delivery charge. All orders over £100
are delivered free.
- If You order in any other
way, please contact us for details of the delivery
charges prior to Ordering.
- We aim to despatch all orders
within 24 hours of payment authorisation/clearance.
Orders are despatched either by Royal Mail First
Class or Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day.
In most circumstances Product should reach delivery
destination in the UK within seven to fourteen
days.
- We reserve the right to make
part deliveries. Charges for delivery
will be governed by, but not limited to, prices
ruling at the date of despatch relevant to the
delivery mode.
For Orders to destinations
outside the UK:
Please contact us for details
of delivery charges etc prior to ordering. Charges
are dependant upon weight and value.
If You cancel an Order prior
to despatch, We will refund the full amount of
the Order. This does not apply to any specials
or own labelling orders.
We abide by "The Consumer
Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000"
which can be found at www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that
Product is supplied in an acceptable condition.
You must therefore contact us immediately upon
any problems You may experience concerning any
goods purchased from this site.

- We will not disclose your

shopping site to keep track of the contents
of your shopping cart once You have selected
an item, to store delivery addresses if the
address book is used and to store your details

Governing
Law and Jurisdiction
English Law will govern contracts
between Crownbrush and You.
Any disputes will be submitted to the non-exclusive
