Order Policy, Postage and Packaging

• Minimum order value is £15.00
• Postage & packaging within UK and Northen Ireland is £2.99
• Postage & packaging to the rest of Europe is £9.49
• Orders are normally dispatched within 2-3 working days and delivered via Royal Mail Recorded delivery in the UK and we use Royal Mail International Signed for mail for deliveries in Europe. All our parcels will require a signature.
• Returns are accepted providing that they are in their original packaging and have not been used. Any Item retunred must be sent back to us using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (for UK cutomers) and International Signed for mail (for Customers within Europe)
• All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
