The incredibly soft and buttery smooth consistency of our Waterproof Eyeliner/Eyebrow Pencils makes eyeliner a breeze! This pencil is super pigmented, making it perfect for intense, colorful winged liner, but also great to work in the waterline to help add drama and intensity to your eyes. This pencil can also be used on your brows to help reshape and refine your natural brow! Sharpen pencil between uses to aid in ease of application.
